I want to try a class out; can I do that for free?

Absolutely! We can't wait to introduce you to the hottest workout in the Treasure Valley. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Create a Profile.

  • Go to our Online Store.

  • Click First Class Free.

  • Continue Checking Out.

  • Schedule your free class for ANY class time!

It's my first class...what's the 411?

For your actual class, it's quite simple- wear appropriate workout attire, bring a water bottle, a workout towel and we'll do the rest!

Here are a few other tidbits you should find helpful:

  • All clients work out in bare feet or workout socks that have grippers (toe socks with grippers work best if you are one that likes to have your digits covered.)

  • Plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your class to fill out a waiver and let us introduce you to our exclusive machine.

  • Please avoid wearing any perfumes or colognes.

  • We ask that you keep your cell phone on silence with your personal items.

Is there an age requirement to be able to workout at CUTTING EDGE PILATES?

The great thing about this workout is that it works for all ages and body types. If you are 18 or older, come on in. If you have a teenager that just can't wait to begin, ages 14-17 may workout at the studio with a signed guardian permission form and waiver.

I am expecting; is it ok for me to workout at CUTTING EDGE PILATES?

As we only want what's best for mother and baby, we do not allow pregnant women to attend our intense workout classes at this time. We do however want to say "Congratulations" and look forward to having you in our classes once you have had your little bundle of joy and been cleared by your doctor to resume exercising.

What if a class is full? Is there a waitlist?

CUTTING EDGE PILATES does not have waitlist but don't despair. If there is a particular class time you'd like to attend, feel free to drop in and see if there has been a cancellation or a "no-show". If there an "open" machine when class starts, hop on and if after 5 minutes the client has not arrived, the space is yours! (If they do however show up within the first 5 minutes, they will be able to have their reserved space.)

What if I am running late?

Of course we ask that you strive to arrive to your class on time but in the event you come in after class has started, you'll have one of two options. 1) If your space is still available, hop on your machine and get the most out of it you can. 2) If you have arrived after the five minute cut off and someone else has taken your spot, you will not be able to stay for that class. You will not be charged a late fee if this happens.

Can you tell me about the late fee and canceling memberships?

Of course. We have our late fee set in place because simply put, we want you here! As class space is at a premium, if you don't show up for class, you are in essence taking a spot from someone else. We also look at the late fee as your "workout buddy"...it get's you to class. To avoid the late fee, you must cancel 8 hours in advance.

Auto-Pay members missed class late fee is $10. The credit card stored on your profile will be charged the appropriate late fee.

Clients using class credits will lose the credit for the class missed. No additional late fee will be assessed.
Private and Duet late fees will result in losing that session's credit. No additional late fee will be assessed.

Monthly auto-pay clients are allowed two "waived" cancellations per-calendar year. It is the auto-pay client's responsibility to contact us requesting to use one of their waived cancellations. Clients must contact us by the end of the same day their class was missed or the late fee will be applied.

To cancel a membership, clients are required to give a 30 day written notice as well as have their accounts current and up to date on all fees. The 30 day written notice to cancel memberships will not go into effect until all outstanding balances are reconciled.

My child is really well behaved; can they sit inside quietly while I take a class?

As much as we love little ones, our insurance policy does not allow children in the studio during classes. This policy is set in place for the safety of your child and all clients taking the class.
