Our 40-min, intense full body class is exactly that...a FULL BODY WORKOUT! Each and every class targets legs, arms and always abs. Thanks to the design of our machines, the core is constantly challenged to work from the center outward no matter the specific area being targeted. All exercises are taught with attention to form while challenging each client to work to their fullest potential.

In order to get the most from each and every workout, our Beginner class is a fantastic way to get familiar with the machine, correct form, terminology, and fundamentals. Our beginner class is ideal for newbies or experienced clients looking to perfect their technique.

Looking for a class that works on improving Flexibility while providing some much-needed Relaxation? You’ll find it in our “Flex-ation” class.

This class is completely different than our group pilates classes as it offers a quieter setting, using our ProFormers to focus on improving each client’s flexibility while providing a time for you to mentally relax.
