We have our late fee set in place because simply put, we want you here! As class space is at a premium, if you don't show up for class, you are in essence taking a spot from someone else. We also look at the late fee as your "workout buddy"...it get's you to class. To avoid the late fee for a class, you must cancel 8 hours prior to the class start time.
Auto-Pay members missed class late fee is $10. The credit card stored on your profile will be charged the appropriate late fee.
Clients using class credits will lose the credit for the class missed. No additional late fee will be assessed.
Private and Duet late fees will result in losing that session's credit. No additional late fee will be assessed.
Monthly auto-pay clients are allowed two "waived" cancellations per-calendar year. It is the auto-pay client's responsibility to contact us requesting to use one of their waived cancellations. Clients must contact us by the end of the same day their class was missed or the late fee will be applied.
To cancel a membership, clients are required to give a 30 day written notice as well as have their accounts current and up to date on all fees. The 30 day written notice to cancel memberships will not go into effect until all outstanding balances are reconciled.
